The excellently named AJP, and his mummy, are back home. The black oily sludge is still an issue, but have delegated to mummy to monitor fluid levels and top up/clean up as necessary.

With the Ashes on, I won't mind being awake at random hours of the night!

Congrats and good effort on the naming. I have number two on the way Jan (so desparately trying to get everything i have been meaning to fix fixed) having the surname 'Rose' I was of course trying to get to 'TVR' but keep getting vetoed.

Last time I suggested Tasmin or Tamora Vixen Rose for a girl and Tuscan Vulcan Rose if it is was a lad. Don't know what is wrong with her ended up having to name the daugter after a boat instead. Wonder if I will have any success this time around....

I held my new grandson for the first time yesterday, wonderful feeling. I did suggest Griff as a name but didn't seem too popular

My parents held my son today, their first grandson. I think they felt very complete.

Not sure, we went for the scan but 'IT' had its legs crossed for the duration. I resisted the temptation of the 'just like her mother must be a girl' line

Anyway it is all good and my 2 3/4 year old daughter can already name the Chimaera, Cerbera and my Fireblade. Also likes going to the garage with dada to 'fix cars'.

Great fun training another petrolhead to the chagrin of mother and mother in law!
