Given the nature of TVR enthusiasts (most that I've met anyway) I suspect we have a high proportion of rugby fans amongst us biggrin Anyone going to any of the matches?

Last one I made it to was Scotland England in 2010 frown

Looking forward (as always) to giving Wales a good hiding this year wink

Behave. This is for hairy arsed car/bike fans not hairy arsed musclebound sweaty men in shorts wrestling each other at any given opportunity types. readit
Now, if you wanna talk about hairy arsed men in leather racing bikes touching on the edge? I'm your man [hairy arsed]

Everyone knows the English are the best team but have an off day occasionally, just like TVR's!

Yes dream on. 33 points to catch up. Brilliant North & Cuthbert could have played for England but preferred to play for Cymru. Keep cooking Chilli. Latest news on your Chim.

I've had to turn down tickets for Saturday against Italy but will be going to the France game down at the Millennium. Can't wait biggrin the last Friday evening game against France, even though we lost, was a fantastic atmosphere and great night in town afterwards with all the Frenchies!

All fixed and ready to go with new MOT (and no advisories smile )

We have a strong rugby fan base in my local, including Welsh, Scottish, Irish, and even South African smile I'll miss the first two rounds (in the pub) due to being offshore, but we'll have it on the telly out here, so all's not lost biggrin Big Jock contingent out here so I try and keep a low profile wink

Hmmm, we have won the last 3 games. I was there last year for the 30-3 when we took the English a part - best atmosphere I've known at a rugby game. biggrin

Going to be tough to retain our title with away games in Ireland and England but - although we don't do beating the southern hemisphere teams very well - the six nations is our thing so pretty confident.

Wales, England, Ireland and France are all contenders so should be a cracking championship - can't see anyone taking a grand slam.

Off to Murrayfield, via Leeds for Scotland v England. It might have made a good road trip, but cars will stay at home - blood alcohol levels are unlikely to get low enough for driving any time in the weekend...

Just like last year? wink I unfortunately had to watch the final Wales v England game at home last year - I was so drunk I can't remember much of the rest of the evening with the better half. It also took the best part of a week to get my voice back.

For a number of reasons, I haven't actually been to an international since bribing my way into 3 consecutive England v Wales games at Twickenham when I was a student. They were a hell of a lot of fun.

I assume from the above that you can tell where I came from.....

I haven't managed to get any tickets this year but will be watching as many games as possible & watching England bring it home. We've managed to get a group together from the Berkshire region of TVRCC to go and watch London Irish (our local team) play on a fairly regular basis. Obviously it's all about the rugby drinkwink.
