My front splitter partley fell off yesterday only leaving it hanging by one screw, the last screw was all rusty so I just had to pull it out. So as there is no tool kit supplied with the car I was thinking of making one up to keep in the boot.
Execpt for the usual screw drives and pliers what else sould be included so I can fix these little faults on the road. I would ideally like to keep it all in an old wash bag.

Don't forget to include the Good Pub Guide so you'll have somewhere to wait for the RAC.

I keep a Hellfrauds emergency toolkit in both cars. It contains an assortment of spanners, screwdrivers, etc., plus tape in a twee "leather" wallet. I added jubilee clips, cable ties and some wire.

I could keep all these things in my boot but knowing what to do with them and how to use them would be a great help.

Past experiences mean that my 'kit' now includes a couple of litres of Optimax as well as a battery booster.
