Is this a Cerbera Dash ?

Watching TV in a hotel room somewhere in the US recently and this appeared on the screen.
I was convinced its a Cerbera dash, was I right ?

Interesting, I've never looked at mine from that angle, but it looks like the steering wheel is tilted upwards.

I was pretty confident it was but it threw me as it was on a US TV program opening screen, the History Channel being a US channel and the program wasn't about the 'best cars in the world.
