... it would be logical to assume there would be four times as many secondhand Chims for sale as Griffs (based on Pistonheads adverts) - unless Chim owners were twice as happy and content with their P&Js as Griff owners when you would only see twice as many for sale!

Check out the Pistonheads ads to see if this logic could be correct

Yeah, but most Chimps are sold while playing golf no need to advertise

Just for the record, I can`t hack golf (or do I mean I used to hack while playing golf ) - erm but I do admit to knowing a couple of Chim owners that do - dammit

I've never played golf. No intentions of starting either.

It's a 3:1 ratio from what I've read… and golf is a bloody stupid game.

here here....... "A good walk ruined"

I bought the Chimaera coz I preferred the looks to the Griff. The Griffers bore us with the now very tired golf quips, but they don't half moan a lot when they're trying to get the roof in and out of the boot. You can almost throw the roof in the boot with a Chim!

I love my Chim, and I hate golf. I would rather NOT drive my Tiv, than START playing golf.

I'm pretty sure my Chim has never played golf. Mind you, I rarely see it in the week so perhaps it does sneak out for a round while I'm at work.

There's only one thing worse than playing golf - watching golf.

Got Griff AND play golf. One full set fits with roof in boot, 2 with roof on.

Cat amongst pigeons?

Love 'em all anyway.

Can't get Marshall stack in griff tho'.

Griff drivers drive longer than chim drivers!

Because at their age they've had more practise.

3:1 is probably about right at the moment, it has been more like 4:1 in the past - I reckon there are a lot of Chim owners who daren't advertise their P&Js at the moment due to the slide in Chim values.....

You're forgetting that the Chim's boot is specially designed to cater for all that hair dressing equipment as well.....

I've had both Chim and Griff.

Still don't know which I preferred.

That said... I don't like golf... or medallions.

I've never played 'swish ' in my life....IMHO it's a game for knobs and estate agents (my wifes ex husband qualifies on all 3 accounts )

Yes but if that was the case (and personally I think you`re talking from somewhere very dark Neil ) their rarity would be greater and thus the price would be higher! I reckon there aren`t so many for sale (pro-rata) because Chimaera owners are more satisfied with them than the Griff owners

I wish there was a "stirring" smilie

Considering the house market in the past few years he must be a really shite estate agent if that's all he can afford.... unless you meant a Noble...and an expensive shell suit.
