I'm sure we've all been there...

Open garage...

Roll out car...

Ignition, fire, Burble, I'm in love again....

'What's that noise........?'

The big end...?
The little end...?
The belts...?
The pistons...?
The engine mounts...?
The Finger Followers(sorry S6 owners)...?
The bag of nails (sorry Cerb owners)

Only to find that all is well...

The quirks and joys of TVR ownership all coming together.

The warmth and comfort of a hot engine...

Time to Thrash it to an inch of its life

Then still expect...

Open garage...

Roll out car...

Etc Etc..

How do you love yours..?

When it's good, it's very very good. When it's bad, it's horrid.

Seems to have more worrying creaks, clunks, and odd engine noises whenever the girlfriend's in the car. I swear it's not her, but it really, REALLY does seem more temperamental when she's about!

Have this paranoia all the time, but try to forget about it as the car has been very good to me in the last 18 months (touching many redwood trees). You've got it spot on in your post.
