Fair trade?

Just saw the back end of an item on tv this morning and they were on about some sort of new fair trading logo thingy for the motor trade, which I think helps buyers of new cars get what they expect from the manufacturer.
Anyone see this or have more detail? Will it help the less fortunate buyers amongst us?

I saw that and thought of TVR emmediately with a smile. The manufacturers have to earn it. Do you think TVR have/ever will earn it?
