Bit of a long shot

Hello all,
I know this is a bit of a long shot but here go's...
i have put a 99 4.0 into a 94 chimaera, added the borg warner and a few other bits. Problem i have is the throttle position sensor plug changed somewhere along the line. The plug which is connected to the loom (94) is round and will except a three pin plug and the wires are red/black,yellow and red. The 99 plug is oval and the wires are brown, green and blue. As i said i know it's a long shot but do's any body know which wire connects to which???
I have been to our local Rover dealer to see if i could purchase the plug or an earlier t/p/sensor but all i got was....."computer says no "

It's going to sound obvious but have you still got the donor car? You could transfer the throttle assembly over too.

Hi Que, why dont you just order a new TPS for a 94 Chimp!! sell the other on e-bay.

I'd phone v8d or aldon automotive. Is there a range rover or land rover breakers near you?

Not that i know of round here, think i'll go the ballisic route and try and order one from a TVR supplier. A bit anoying when you've got one but the plug is the wrong shape.
Anyone need late throttle position sensor..........Cheep!
