I've never liked the light conversion on the Chimaera but that's only my opinion, in saying that the paint finish looks superb, I can imagine Spectraflare being a bit of a pig to get right as an aftermarket paint job but that's looking lovely!

You must be chuffed with it, much grief with the paint?

Sorry mate, I know/can see you spent a shedload on that, but

The light conversion doesn't work with a Chim (imho)and neither does Spectraflare.

But, hey, it's your pride and joy and I'm sure you love it - which is all that matters.

Hey - go easy on him mate. OK so it is not your cup of tea but is there any need for the I am sure that you would not say it to his face, let alone puke all over his car.

Not everyone has the same tastes thank God - otherwise we would all fancy the same person.

Looks even better in the flesh.

I wasnt sure if the look would work when Ken told me of his plans, but I have to say it looks stunning.

If you're coming on Sunday Corin you may see the car at our meet - as long as we can get Kev out of bed

Quite right too. I've never been a fan of Chimaeras, but that is quite the best looking Chimaera I have ever seen. I'm really not interested in whether you think the spectraflare or light conversion works or even if a shedload of money was spent; I hate uninvited negativity. It's a credit to its owner and quite stunning. Thanks for posting it up and HNY!

The paint is really nice, I like it I like the upper light conversion but not the lower lights because of the groove. Also, something is making it look a bit bulbous or is that an illusion. It certainly looks a bit special though. Nice work.

Must say that it looks brill.
Now having seen the interior picture even this matches the outside
(Could do with a new fan switch to finish it off though IMO).

Kev's Chim often pops round to play with my Tusc2. His car not only looks fabulous but sounds wonderful too. You cant beat that straight through V8 sound - like a grisley bear that's been stung on the @rse!!
I take my hat off to Kev for making his Chim unique.

its bad enough birds fowling on my car let alone the thought of fellow ph's vomiting on it!!
its good to get other peoples opinion i am now looking at the lower lights to see what can be done good spot clear lenses would be better. we did look in to putting fog lights but i still got the indicators in there because of a tech problem on the indicators.

the head unit is a sony mp3 player and can be purchased in halfords.

nick i will be out to play on sunday with my new lady friend so you can now unlock your daughter!

lady topaz i like parking on your drive because there is lots of classy birds to fowl on my car! (them bloody parrots)i get pigeins you get parrots
