Looking through some old photos this afternoon and spotted this.

It was taken at the Back Home event in 2002.

Anyone recognise this amazing engine bay?

Unfortunately I don't recofnise the engine bay, but would like to ask the owner a few questions myself .... starting with how you get a plenum to look like that !

It's Mine..........I Wish!!!
Bloody good job, and i'm curious about that plenum too, as i was going to make a start on mine over xmas, then saw the state of the casting

Bloody hell - that's amazing! I wonder how many hours (not to mention pennies) went into getting it into that condition.

I gave mine a clean and polish over Christmas and thought that I'd made a good fist of it... until I saw this

Fantastic! I don't know whose it is, but I recognised the engine bay (sad, I know!) and after a search, found another pic of the car in Sprint for June 2002.
Edited to say, there's an article on it (it's a Griff)in July 2002's Sprint.
