Wheel Centre Caps

Some cheeky fecker stole 2 of the 4 centre caps off my Tuscan along with the chrome value caps... Well anyway, when my pride and joy was at Blackpool i asked for them to get me some replacements, "no problem, i will leave them in the car for you" was the answer, great i thought, well until they arrived. They sent me gold coloured ones. So i thought a simple phone call would sort the problem but no, not that easy!! Appartently they dont make silver centre caps anymore only gold?!?!

I dont understand why, i have never seen a TVR with gold 18" spyder rims!! Can anyone help as my car is silver and it looks a tad silly with just gold centre caps...

mine used to be gold. - i have recently changed them for black tvr ones via TMS. - BTW dont always assume they were nicked. - When they get too hot, they shrink and drop out!!

Surely a silver-cap owner would like to upgrade to gold caps? Problem solved!

Both the front ones came off my Tamora on the track last week! Luckily a marshall found them for me! The backs were still stuck tight though? There was also a few other Tamora/Tuscans with fronts missing!

My car was delivered with the gold ones but I've had black ones with TVR written on from TMS stuck on top of the gold ones. All the colours are just stick ons anyway.

Alistair, call me cynical but i fail to see how i can lose 2 centre caps and 4 valve caps overnight, i know it been hot at night recently but surely schrinkage can not be blamed..!? Maybe its the "centre/valve cap fairies"??

simple answer. order 4 black tvr ones from TMS. these are better than gold or silver.

Funnily enough, my Tuscan came with 2 silver and 2 gold! The car had 2 caps missing so the dealer replaced them with what they had - silver! I've since replaced them with gold ones, so e-mail me you address and I'll send you the silver ones.
