I found a pool of oil under my Tamora late on Wednesday evening and with Burghley rapidly approaching I thought that it was game over. So I phoned DG CWR mid Thursday morning to see if they could help out to get me there.

Well better service than I could ever have imagined. They got their guy to pick up the car on the way back from a job, got it into the workshop and diagnosed a worn out oil cooler hose all before 5:00 on Thursday.

New hose procured and fitted today, car ready to go, picked up at 5:00 with an offer to stay late if I couldn't get there for 5:00. The Burghley adventure lives on.

I have to say that I have never used DG CWR before and they didn't know me from Adam, but they did respond excellently to a plea for help. This is the true TVR spirit of helping out other owners.

A big thanks to Mike and the guys. See you at Burghley.

Mike is a really decent bloke from what I've seen, hope he does well.
Chris, think I may have spotted your car yesterday morning just round the corner from CWR, sounded pretty cool.

Yep they are good guys. Replaced outriggers on my old Chimaera and did a very quick job sorting the roof pin on my Tuscan when the cable broke.

Yes the Silver one was mine. Shame you had left before I got there. Looking forward to seeing your car some time.

Hope I see you at Burghley tomorrow.

Hope the journey and the day was good, dispite the wind it was a great turnout with some fantastic motors on show.
