Must be a glitch then.

Hopefully they'll get in touch soon.

Never had a problem, however, if Julian is away you may need to wait a couple of days. Try dropping them an email through their website.

Ditto - only experience with them has been one of great efficiency. There must be a rational explanation.

I have literally just had a call from the guy to arrange my half day. I originally spoke to Julian a few weeks ago and was beginning to wonder if anything was going to actually materialise until I got a phonecall today. Apparently the guy who I have arranged to mine with (in Maidenhead) has a list as long as his arm to call and arrange times with, so assume they are working their way down a long list.

Am all booked in for the first week in Feb and looking forward to it.

Got a call from 'my' chap last night Corin - I'll be arranging my 1/2 day sometime in late Feb or early March once I have checked I can get the time off!
Maybe your local guy is just not very good with communication?

Give Julian a call...or did you say you had already chased him up?

I had a bad experience, I soon realised they didn't want my custom.
