Piston clearance griffith 500

Does someone know how much piston clearance a 500 has. When i start my griff i hear some piston slapping. After one minute it is gone. Sounds to me that TVR does not use very advanced pistons. What pistons do they use?

LS1's can slap with ony .002" clearance and they use a cast mahle piston with a solid skirt. If the tiff uses a forged solid skirted item I'd expect a clearance of probably .005" and that's bound to slap around a bit, even moreso with a bit of wear.
