Centurion Carshield Imobiliser fob Programming

I have a TVR S1 fitted with a Centurion Carshield immobiliser.
When I purchased the car it came with two of the passive type key fobs.
A RED master and a Black standard. Both of these worked and I used the Black one for a couple of years.
After a recent complete chassis up rebuild the Black fob no longer functions but the RED fob works fine.
I understand that there is a "sequence" for reprogramming the system to recognise the black fob(s) and that it is possible that during the rebuild I managed inadvertently to "delete" the Black fob from the immobiliser memory.
I have no documentation with the system apart from the installation certificate and the company no longer exists.
Can any one help with the programming instructions for this system.
I hate to be without a backup!
