partial window drop/close wiring?

Guys, can anyone advise on how to wire in the partial window drop/close as fitted to later TVR's [cerbs,tuscans etc] when doors opened or closed as when trying to eliminate any wind whistling noises around the windows on my Chimaera I find it a lot better if I wind the windows down then back up again so the seals are on the edge of the windows and not the sides IYSWIM.

I don't think it's simple. I think there is an ECU in each door that does the magic.
