HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ONE OF THE GREATEST TVR LEGENDS
This month is 50 years since Martin and his Dad Arthur Lilley rescued the company we all love and enjoy.
Without there intervention and finance we would not have many of the great cars we have today.
Yes there where others that where important from the office staff through to all the dedicated workers in the factory and David Hives who worked under 3 different owners and Mike Bigland and his engineering skills and many others.
However from the pre 80s end of things Trevor and then Martin and his Dad are key to the heritage we are so lucky to own.
Great companies need great leaders and they certainly filled that set of shoes to make TVR a SUCCESS AGAINST THE ODDS.
November was that decisive month with the new Limited Company being formed on the 30th of November 1965
Well done young Man hats of to you and I pray you Dad is still looking down and enjoying seeing your cars out there having fun.
