Guessing how the new TVR may look.
Discussion
I can't see any manufacturer using H4 lamps anymore.. Sleek LED, driving strips and more emphasis on the inclusion into the style would be my guess.
Not that I have a picture to add.
TVR Have said that this will be a car with a specific direction for a track / race car, so I would have thought front and rear splitters, spoiler aero pack and engine cooling would be prominent. Gone are the days of E Type rounded panels and bulges.
The new Ford GT and NSX would be closer to the design direction I would guess. Focus on Centre of Gravity, engine position to enable balance and no rear seat space.

Well I hope it looks better than any of the images I've seen so far.
It's a lot tougher to make a car look as outstanding as the TVRs did in their heyday. Back then everything was a bit dull.
Here's how Astras have evolved in the meantime as an example;

Even shopping trolleys like this are a bit mean looking today.

Interesting thread...I was trying to get back into model making and wondered what the new TVR would look like so went about making one a while ago..Not sure why i stopped...But yours looks very close to what i had in mind...I took lines from all the TVR's i could think of..Classic and new and incorporate them into a new design..I think i stopped because it started to look too "Classic" for a modern car...If there is such a thing?....Its started to look like a Mustang...Note the Tamora bonnet ...
Sag front lightened front curve
Griff wings
Wedge windscreen rake and a Cerebra roof line..
Grantura rear slope but with a Classic Griffith rear wing
I had to be careful here as i nearly mistook it for a roast chicken....

The front would be something like this...
My personal opinion is that it should have a menacing face so if you look in your rear view at it coming up behind you it screams.."Get the f
k out of the way"....The front spoiler would incorporate a turbo air induction system to cool the under bonnet..Probably concealed behind a grill/Mesh.
The bonnet would lift the same as a Taimar/Wedge or S but would be double jointed to allow a larger clearance..The front end could be detachable for prime access to engine, Exhaust..Ancillaries and gearbox..These points would be covered by new technologies and after service.
Perhaps i should finish it...Or is it like so many of these things ..Destined for the bin!...
Bit of fun at the end of the day...Oh and if Mr E is looking in and wants to use my ideas then id be happy to oblige...I wouldn't want paying ..Maybe just fit a test engine in my Wedge and i will be over the moonige...
