Rover 5lt heads Swop ?

I have a pair of low compression ported heads on a 5lt Taraka engine in a griff of mine, which are just what you would want for a turbo/forced induction engine, which mine isn't and was just wondering if there was any mileage in a thought I would be able to swop them with some one who has high compression one's going down the Forced induction route . What's me chances ?
