Is now a good time to sell my Tuscan?

Well, after 5 years of ownership and some very very happy miles I'm just not using my Tuscan any more 
I got it out the garage after approx 18mths or so of no use and sent it to str8 6 for it's 12k service, mot and got a few bits sorted so if I'm going to sell it now the time, clean bill of health and all that, it's also summer so a good time.
I wonder if values will keep increasing? Is it worth selling? How much is it actually worth? Its a 2001 red rose with all the early faults sorted, It's done 11k since power rebuild, been painted since in balloon white with a set of photos showing it's progress start to finish. re trimmed, new suspension, bushes, wheels, clutch slave and so many other bits. The only things wrong with it are the windows generally take about 3 attempts to close when you lock the car and the air con rad has a leak which I haven't got round to replacing, the drivers seat needs it's tack welds on the sides doing (I may have put a few lbs on
otherwise it's really really sorted. It's also bloody fast for a Tuscan IMO! It's lost a fair amount of weight in terms of wheels, suspension and a lot of the heavy sound deadening came out and is now lighter.
I just don't want to sell at the bottom iykwim, I just want a fair price for a good car, it's hard to determine it's value by looking at for sale adds as it's had so much work done and all the faults, we all know that any Tuscan can devour 10k pretty quickly, this really won't at all.

Here's my biggest problem
We went down to Italy in the car, contrary to what everyone says it's performed faultlessly, even stuck for several hours in a traffic jam where the temperature was 42 degrees! The car lapped up the miles and lapped up the attention
people almost crashed trying to take photos haha.
Anyway, the roads were so good (I mean race track quality roads almost everywhere, with hairpins, s bends steep climbs, steep descents). When we got home I realised how bad the roads around me are and as such the last few times I drove it I just didn't enjoy it that much, I mean I love the noise, the smell and the feeling it gives but you just can't push on at all any more, I've also driven the local roads around here to death.
So basically the car has sat in the garage for about 18mths with a new baby a euro trip is out the question as I don't have any mates who would join me.
We are also wanting to move and sadly the money for that car is basically the stamp duty (ridiculous though! Might as well just rock up to a hmrc office and hand them the car )
At the same time I think maybe I should keep hold of it for ever, could you replace that car for 20k ? No not even close. What will it be worth in 30years time? I have the space to do whatever it is you need to do to put the car into storage. In 30 years could it be worth 100k? Or 10k I suppose that's the risk of life

I don't think I could ever sell my Tuscan. I took delivery of a new F Type in April and it is sublime but the Tuscan is so unique and beautiful to look at I would miss it too much. I still enjoy driving it too and if I sold it it would probably cost more to replace it at a later date.

Similar position to me - Had the Tuscan for 8 or 9 years now. Love it on a good day but just don't get the use out of it to really justify keeping it. with a new baby a euro trip is out the question as I don't have any mates who would join me. Mine has been sorned since Oct last year and I have just got it back on the road last week to try and use it a bit more over the summer. Having 2 kids is definitely a problem
Have had it for sale twice over the last 5 years or so:
First time a good few years ago, it was up for £12K and not a sniff of interest (a dealer offered me 10)
Second time (last summer) it was up for £18K and 2 people came to look at it but then went to buy a Porsche.....
Now it would probably be advertised for £20K at a guess.
It is going up in value just sat on my drive and I can't help but feel that in 10 years time when the kids are older, I'd massively regret getting rid of it.. Buying another one might not be possible in 10 years time.
I suspect there are a lot of people hanging on to theirs (as I now am) and this is also driving prices up and up.

I nearly cried when I sold mine as it was a peach. I replaced it with an Aircooled Porsche as I had my first child on the way and needed a rear seat. All has worked out well for me in the end with the massive upshift in old Porsche prices.
Why not put it up for sale at top money and if it does sell then you can be happy that you have done well. If it does not sell then you will still own one of the most striking motors that money can buy :-)
