Wing protectors

This is primarily for a Griff, but I guess if there is a supplier they will do a version for all Tivs.

I am looking for a someone who supplies (and approx price)the protective covers that sit over the wings while tinkering with the engine. I have seen them used for euroboxes but they have magnetic pads which are obviously no good for TVRs.

Don't want to scratch the P & J!

To stall any adverse comments: The normal servicing will be done by a dealer, but the covers are for me to use when I want to clean or do something minor under the bonnet.

I got 'Holley' wing covers from Real Steel for about £15. Nice and padded and ideal for the Griff.

If you used Real Steel (V8 & performance parts) in Uxbridge, they said they don't 'do' them, but he could order them from the USA but they would be magnetic, and although I did not ask, I cannot believe he could source them for £15.

Have I got the wrong place?

And if you really need to spend some money I'd guess the PH approved Tools 'n' Stuff supplier might be able to help, I can't see anything exactly right on the website but I'm sure Patrick could find you something
