Mod Wise brighter lights kit
Discussion
Had a great drive home tonight and took an extended run through some of the twisties although it reminded me how bad the standard lights are!
Has anyone on here fitted the Mod Wise brighter lights kit? What does it consist of and what is involved in fitting?
Did you also change the bulbs?
I'm almost certain i'm going to fit it, just wanted some feedback...
Thanks in advance.
Corin.

eh?
I did try a landline number yesterday with no luck, unobtainable.
I thought I had an old webpage.
[Corin, If he's not producing any more stuff, I'll be buying some of his back stock, do mention it.]
Any definitive comments would be welcome.

I didn't get the Modwise kit, but I did go to Maplin and buy 10 metres of 30A wire and a couple of bags of spade crimps to make up a new headlamp wiring loom. It wasn't as bad to do as I thought it would be.
The quality of standard wiring was shocking! I th ink I've doubled the brightness of the lamps just by the wiring upgrade. Brighter "briliant white" bulbs (whatever teh hell they're called) has helped too. The dipped beam is now about as bright as my Scoob diped beam. (mind you, they're not all that good...

) Mod-wise is open for business as usual, I have just ordered a lights mod kit, but the Philips Silver Vision bulbs were extra but priced just under the 'power bulb' price.
I think the telephonist at mod-wise has gone awol for the moment so the phones do not always get priority, but my e-mails are always answered overnight.

im sure i read on a past post of somebody else doing that on their cerb and people start jumping up and down and shouting 'fire' and 'meltdown'. not wishing to be a doom-monger (or any kind of monger for that matter) but you might wanna do a search to make sure its safe...
sorry if im right. sorry sorry if im wrong..
