Speed six low down
Discussion
Just for my educational purposes , can someone tell what speed six engines are in what cars?
I.E what has the 3.6, what has the 4.0 and do any have the option of either?
Also , without digging up the "go bang" debate of the speed six , is the 3.6 less likely to do so?
I have just looked at an '02 Tam and asked the question , to be told not many 3.6 have had problems, mainly 4.0l.
Think I am falling for the Tamora, not many about and love the looks...

My understanding is that if you have "any" speed six engined car made after Mid 2002 then the finger follower and valve guide issues are pretty much resolved, at least the first order effects that early Tuscans suffered. A good few of these cars are on 20k+ miles without issue. Not enough to say "sorted" I know but certainly much better.

P.S my T350T is at 11k without issue... touch wood and all that.
