Want to buy Alcantara

Anyone know where I can buy Alcantara or Alcantara effect material from? tried a few sources but to no affect. Any help welcome

Try TVR although thay call it Lamonta.
It's an option on the Tamora and I think now also the Tuscan.

Try calling B Brown in Holborn, London. They make lots of display materials including a nice crushed suede effect. You'd have to check on suitability for seats though, eg wear resistance.

If it is the stuff TVR use, then TMS sell it along with all the other bits of material the car is made from.

I had my Ultima dash covered with this. Very nice and very robust (but expensive). If you happen to be in the Oxfordshire area, I know a trimmer who supplies and fits. He has done an excellent job on mine. I can dig out his number if you need it.

You can give a call to Autotechnic Ltd (Colchester)on
01206 87 12 79, and ask for Rob Stevens.
This is our distributor for the UK, and they can supply
the original alcantara. Watch out with imitations, as
they will easily lose colour, and wear quickly.
Alcantara is delivered on a role of 1.3 m width, and
available per running meter. Price is approx. 50 GBP/rm (VAT not included).
We have black alcantara on stock.
