I think its fair to say in business people come and go. He has left for whatever reason, we the customers are not share holders in, leave it at that.

Sorry I can't agree with you HarryW, seems to me that UKBoB obviously is coming from the customer angle too and has every right to ask the question, there's no copyright on customer rappor, and if I'd delt with the chap and had good service I'd certainly want to keep in touch if only to say thanks for all your help!....

I understand where you are coming from. However understand I knew Mike on social front via the SIL before I'd taken my car to Austec. However when I found out he'd left a few weeks ago I asked the same question, Paul has no comment to add to fact he has left, which I respect.
I will undoubtedly see Mike over the summer months and if he wants to tell me he will, however I don't think it is for me to ask or for anyone to expect an answer. As I said before it is business and thats all it is.

I was'nt prying as to why he left, its not my business. I was suprised and sadened to discover he was not there though, and assumed Id missed whatever goodbyes were said on PH whilst I was away for a few weeks.
He didnt post much, but as everyone knows he was an avid PH reader, as much a part of the PH community as any of us

Theres nuttin wrong with 'prying'... it makes good gossip... forums would get very boring if there was no gossip... and now the TVR factory has changed its way of leaking info out and the removal of certain past employees, rumours have been cut right down, and thats boring...
