Project Motorshow

Wild speculation continues as TVR prepare for the Motorshow next month. Have we got a sniff of what it might be...?

Looks a little like the Z3 coupe from the pic, but I am sure what ever it is it will be evil!!!!

Could you have blurred that a little more, it almost looks real!

Its certainly ugly enough to be the next step in the TVR evolutionary chain, I'll grant you that.

Maybe rather than evolution and revolution they may go retro this year, like they did in introducing the 'S'.
Not only was the S retro it was also considerably more affordable (read cheaper) than the Wedges of the day, turning the company fortunes around, allowing it to go on and develope the more common Griff's and Chim's we all love today .

Perhaps it could be an updated Wedge with a BIG rumbling V8 in a body similar to the abandoned 2 plus 2 Speed Eight Wedge

Who knows? roll on the NEC

Yes it does look like the M Coupe. Did that succeed in the UK? I believe it failed here (US).

I sincerely hope it is not a new TVR. It is incredibly ugly. Looks like a Tamora (or S) that has had a Z3 coupe smacked up its bum, and the Z3 coupe was always a seriously ugly car.

There is a hole in the market for a 'sporting estate' like the old Scimitar GTE's. The Z3m coupe almost got it right.
Shades of the Zante.

i'm not sure which website it was on (theboymoon will have it up on here in the hour. i know he's in the office by now!) but i remember seeing a pic of a cerbera "shooting brake" at a trackday a while back. think it was something the factory did just for a laugh to see if it would work but not sure.

If you guys look at tvr.com you will see this Tamora picture and realise that Ted has just Photoshopped a BMW Z3 backend onto it.

It could be a Tamora Coupe as I saw a Tamora in the Motorsport shed at TVR (in May) totally stripped... I wonder if that is how they are keeping things secret.. I wasn't allowed to take photos in that area but it could have been because of the sripped Speed 12? Mmmmmm.

Personally I hope its a newer version of the Cerbera with the Tuscan S engine.

Mmmm... nice piccy, where can I Get one? I like the wrinkely fore-skin effect on the cerbie behind it too. Is that a factory areo-aid?

Have to wonder if DM, GB and who ever else works there would have the balls to do such a wacky concept though...guess we'll have to wait and see huh?!
