Wheeler to buy back TVR?!
Discussion
I was talking to a dealer yesterday ( who shall remain nameless) who suggested very strongly that PW may be coming back to the fold. Apparently he is not entirely happy with the direction things have been going ( boats motorbikes etc) and is looking at buying his way back in......The deal could be finished by the end of this month..
If he is looking at buying back, would that mean that the company could again be re-sold to anyone?
...(cracks open piggy bank....)

It received a huge response from listeners protesting the change. The BBC Japanese service also announced that the clock hands would be sold to the first four listeners to contact them, and one Japanese seaman in the mid-Atlantic immediately radioed in a bid.
I just heard the Big Ben clock face will be replaced with a new LCD digital display to make it easier to read
But then, I'm old enough to remember....

How did big ben get the name ben anyway? They could have called the clock big bob.
True not sure what the clock is called, but BIG BEN is actually the Big 13 tonne Bell inside, The bell was named after the first commissioner of works, Sir Benjamin Hall.
Cor...and who says these forums aren't educational
