Spotted - Cerb in Brighton

about 6pm yesterday, I was walking to The Grand, when a dark blue or green Cerb put his foot down, and then cackled nicely up to the traffic lights

Was in a purple cerb at 6 o'clock near the pier, in a bit of a rush over heating in the traffic.
