Hi guys,

Dont want to start a which tyres ar ebest thread, simply need to know from anyone in/near Norwich the best place to get tyres from, probably going to go for Toyo Proxies (?) and need all 4. Obviously I want somewhere to fit them with damaging the alloys.

Any idea of cost too would be great.

Any help much appreciated...

Just find a local independent and talk to them, tell them what your concerns are. I can't comment about the Norwich area but where I live the independents are good people. I wouldn't take it to ATS or the like.

Try Scole Engineering on 01379 740940 as they are getting me some Proxys.

Buy them online from mytyres.co.uk, then take them to your favourite fitter for fitment. Cheaper and you get the tyres you want.

Sorry if its a bit late but I get all my tyres (including the T1-Ss for the Chim) mail order through Nick Smith at Demon Tweeks, never yet been able to beat their prices having tried several other suppliers incl' mytyres / blackcircles / national etc. Ordered a pair for the rear yesterday, delivered to the house today! His direct number is 01978 663064.
