Cerbera test drive...

I'm new to these forums and just need a bit of advice. I'll be test driving a 02 plate 4.5 cerbera next Saturday and, frankly, havn't got a clue what to look out for. Are there any common problems I should look for? Also, any general advise about the actual drive? I'm a driving instructor with two advanced licences and a fair amount of track experience, but this is my first cerbera... Any info would be greatfully recieved.

Full TVRSH would be near the top of my list (should be serviced every 6k or yearly, whichever comes first). Make sure you ask them to fit decat pipes FOC if you strike a deal 
and you may as well take your wallet for once you've gone for a test drive there will be no turning back

Brakes are very prone to squealin' - dont worry.
They are also prone to warp - so watch out for steering wheel wobble...you will know if they are shot!
If they are you are looking at a skim (cheap but an interim measure usually) or replacement, minimum £200 for Tuscan disks (parts only)
Gearboxs are quite notchy i think - i was concerned at first, but then found it was the clutch which was buggered.
If car is cold(which would be best on a test drive) then it will probably sound quite rough from the engine. Oil pressure i think should be around 60 when started.
Prone to stalling on start up, lightly press throttle (1200-1400) for a few secs and it should be ok.
As for driving - ive only been in a 4.5 and at low revs it can be jerky and have flat spots around 1500-2000k.
Other than that i can only advise to check for normal stuff like any other motor - knockings etc.
Ask owner about it (hopefully he will be an enthusiast) ideally will have been run on Optimax etc.
Only other thing i can advise is to post on Cerbera forum as there are lots more people on there who know alot more about them than me!

Heres a few things that 'may' occur from time to time.
Wipers not working properly (not doing full sweep on intermittent)
Dim/Dip Headlights not working.
Windows are tediously slow after alot of use, so slow that sometimes they dont shut when the alarm is activated.
All common and quite easily fixed

Thanks for the advise guys. Very much appreciated. I actually had a 350 BHP Evo 6. It was rapid but as I'm sure you can appreciate, you get a little power hungry after a while. Cerbera's been my dream car since it was released and now I can actually afford one. Can't wait.(Rubs legs in pervy fashion).
