Does anybody know whitch parts bin the fuel cap from a 96 Chimaera was sourced from?

I've lost my second shiny Leven cap, and the plastic job from Halfords just isn't doing it for me...

The originals are fairly cheap from TVR Parts. One fits up to '98, the other '98 on.

Must be loads of those kicking around that have been replaced with shiny aluminium ones ?

I've a Leven one on mine bought by the previous owner. Since you can't see it most of the time, I wouldn't recommend bothering with a shiny one.

It doesn't fit all that well and I had to add a thicker piece of rubber under it for it to seal. I'm thinking now from reading this that it's the wrong one because mine is a pre '98.

I've got one I took off my 1997 Chim that you're welcome to but I'm in not so sunny Essex.

Just seen those ones for sale, I missed them earlier.

Essex is a bit far, and I'm not likely to be down that way any time soon, but if you're willing to stick it in a jiffy bag, I'll reward you handsomely with PayPal tokens!
