TVR in Belgium

Whilst i may be getting a little ahead of myself (see previous post), I've just started work in Brussels and all being well intend to bring the Tuscan over next week.

Any information/advice on driving TVRs on the continent would be appreciated e.g.

- Experience of, or info on MF Cars, the Belgium dealer www.tvr-belgium.be/index.html
- Fuel
- Continental Insurance providers
- other owners
- decent driving in/around Brussels (though Begium roads in my experience are appalling)
- and most importantly ...best route to the Nurburgring.

Good service and takes time for its customers !
For a insurance call Mark and ask for the number of
De Vree Ives who insured the most TVR drivers in Belgium. And for fuel it's 1,25 €

I would agree with that totally, really knows his TVR's and has looked after mine for the past few years, including re-building my Tuscan's engine & what a superb job he did.

Some roads are not very good can recomend Nitron suspension

As for insurance if you are keeping the car UK registered I have only found two that will give 12 month green cards Stewart Collins & A1 (Norwich Union) who advertise in sprint.

You can drive in Belgium u.k.registered for 1 year !

I think that is the rule for new cars brought into Belgium & then registered there once they have the equivalent of SVA test.
