fishing for chips away
Discussion
Someone here mentioned Chips Away to get rid of the TVR shotblasting.
The car is going to be used a a mate's wedding car, and I wanted to perk her up [the car that is].
Not really had and front end respray quotes yet [back is fine courtesy of a rear end shunt recently] but had had 'Chips Away' over to quote.
Lots of stone ships and a couple of deep scratches - 350+VAT, will respray the lower front and fill and polish out teh chips.
Any thoughts on your experiences with them?
FYI shotgun grey [Highland Pearl actually] Chimaera and live near Brighton
Cheers

Jem, there is a giuy near me who used to work for chipsaway and is now self employed. He reomved seom pretty deep scratches that my wife had kindly left on an Audi before I sold it, and there is no way you would be able to see where he had worked. he did a fab job.
His name is Ady McCrory and his number is 07788 713131 and his web address is www.highspec.biz
He is just east of East Grinstead, so not a million miles. Not sure if he would travel to Brighton, but worth a call.
