Hi Guys

Somebody in a Eurobox scraped the side of my Griffith at the weekend, very annoying as we weren't in it at the time and they drove off without stopping . The good thing is we have witnesses and the reg. no. The damage is minimal but will require repainting, do any of you know a good body repair specialist in the Southampton area?

Cheers

Gilsey, sorry to hear about your mishap

While it's not Southampton, Austec isn't too far from there (very close to Gatwick Airport). They do all my servicing and upgrade work, and now have a dedicated bodyshop facility too.

Forge Body Repairs, Hook near Warsash - Just down the road from Soton.

01489 572930.

EXCELLENT for paint work and also fibreglass if needed

I can vouch for them too. I know Chris Gale who runs the place as I played cricket with his son for 5 years. He did the repair work on my old vauxhall and it was top notch. Genuine bloke too.

Thanks everyone.

Forge Body Repairs would have been my first choice but the number is not recognised so I went down there and the place is empty....any ideas Phil?

I'll try the others now.

When I say empty I mean really empty. Half the building is down and the place looks like a building site. Although on the plus side the sign is still up.

Cheers
Ian
