Seen a couple of lady TVR drivers in London over the last two days:

A very smily lady in a Formula Red P Plate Griff on Castelnau in Barnes on Wednesday and a blonde lady in a Starmist Blue Chim 500 yesterday on Putney Hill/Tibbets Corner.

Only one thing to add, get those rooves down!

I think you will find most TVR ladies are smiley.

Mine is due to fact I own a Griff which is great.

Do drive most times with roof down!

I think what he really meant to say was "Get those roofs down!"

Btw: What colour was the lady's hair driving the Griff?

Small point, roofs or rooves are both perfectly acceptable as plurals of roof.

Get your tops off would have perhaps been more comedy, 20:20 hindsight scuppers me again.

Hair colour of griff driver, dark side of ash blonde in a bob.

I know exactly how you feel rooster! I've done over 1000 miles in my first 3 weeks of Griff ownership, and not one spot And I live on one of the busiest roads in Essex!

Still, it's been great fun!

I see loads of TVRs but it is very rare that the ones I have spotted have turned out to be PH members.

Stop moaning! I've done about 18,000 miles in less than two years, rarely with the roof on and not a single "spotted".

rooster, I spotted you but seeing as it was when you were parked at the Mid-Essex meet, seemed a bit stoopid to post
