16" spider info?

Does anyone have any info on these wheels / prices/ offsets/ width. Im also interested to know what are the smallest section tyres that'll fit them?

I have an unused set in my shed. Cerbera five stud 16” front and rear. The set I have in use have 225’s and 245’s on. I’m sure the rims will take a smaller tyre because the 225’s sit quite square.
