I am sure that it has been asked before BUT...
Discussion
I was inspired by the top message board asking people for their favourite 3 TVRs and it got me wondering:
what makes the difference between, say, a Tuscan owner and a T350 owner? Or a Sagaris owner and a Cerb?
I ask because I am just wondering how to spend the money that I haven't yet earned!!!

Cos we all know...that....
Yellow...
....is ..
....the ....
...BEST ...
colour....
.... for...
....
.... a ..
TVR.........
I'm never gonna change

I'm still not sure what you're trying to say,,,,,,,,,
(Yellow would be my first choice also!
)Oh that's easy.
Tuscan owners...more style than substance. Complete lack of taste. Probably listen to Radio 1.
T350 owners...want an easy life and a motor that does it all. They have probably owned a BMW, Audi or Merc previously.
Chim owners...play golf.
Griff owners...have style, class, distinction, drink real ale, probably got a beard, almost certainly got oil under their fingernails and probably have at least 2 spare fuses in the glove box.
Wedge owners...usually wet and soaking because they are all too busy listening to their exhaust notes to ever consider putting the roof up no matter what the weather.
S owners....spent their time in a permanent state of mystification as to why on earth anybody would ever buy any other car in the world except an S because obviously they are the best TVR ever produced.
Sagaris owners. Now here there are 2 sub-types.
The 0-1000 miles owners. Easily spotted, these are the most frustrated and angry looking ppl in any crowd, still having to restrict the engine to 4k rpm and wondering wtf all the power is.
1000+ mile owners. The happy ones.
Oh then there are the Yellow subset. This applies across all TVR's and these ppl are to be avoided. They are strange.

Thankfully this does not seem to have been a colour option for the S ........unless you know different but Green seems fairly popular!!!

Thinks! I must change my name
Sorry missed out a few models.
Cerbie owners. The easiest of all TVR owners to spot. At any car or petrolhead gathering in the world look for the loudest argument going on. Find the guys shouting loudest of all that they have the best coupe in the world and they'll take any of yo mo'
ing towel owning German or fancy pants Italian rubbish on and whup their arse. And they'll be doing it in Michael Caine accents.
M-owners. At any TVR meet ask ppl what they thought of the Peter Wheeler yrs. The guys who say "who?" probably own M's !

Yellows are not the subset...........
They are THE set........
Actually though.......I do agree that I think we are all a bit strange
But really nicely strange....in a lovable sort of way
But....for making such unkind yellow assertions....I will immediately go and post your first comment on the Tuscan Forum......and serve you right.....

I wish you weren't so accurate
Err, ..too true
..though my fingernails aren't that close to Howard Hughes's - cheeky cow...
And my accountant said I can't reveal what's in the 'glove' box...
badly said:
T350 owners...want an easy life and a motor that does it all. They have probably never admitted to enjoying golf.
As for; M, S, Old Griff, Tuscan, Tasmin, Vixen, Grantura, 3000s, 3000m, 350...450SEAC owners et all variants
were would we be without you guys.
I love you guys!!! and I love your cars!!
I've missed some fella's and some fellato's out, but you know who you are - don't give a sh1t and probably enjoy life more than most of us would only dream about, and treat us yoof with the quiet contempt we deserve...
..what you driving now, Ted?
