I have been reading up using the search function about the various DIY routes for EPAS.

I have a 1996 Griff, flirting with the idea of fitting EPAS.

or try Lloyds Special Developments. They can also integrate this with their Canems ecu for variable assistance if required..

Or perhaps easier just keep the steering column buy a power rack and fit a saxo ps pump.

Not cheap, but looks nice.

If I go EPAS I want one with torque sensing and adjustable etc.

Though it's not adjusting the EPAS fitted to the MGF and TF is sensing I believe.
