I will start the Ball rolling at 9months (and I still have not got the car back)

Cannot beat that. Fiat Coupe 20V Turbo - 6 months. Should have been 3 but then they forgot to change the cambelt (forgot??) and so it broke when they were testing the car, taking all 20valves with it.

But that's in the past now.....
