New TVR T350C or 03/53 Plate Noble M12?

Well my beloved scooby is sold (333bhp,improved handling etc etc etc),so time to move on ^. Roughly a 40k budget & it's narrowed down to the above choices. With a 3 year warranty I'm really edging towards the TVR but would like an objective view if possible (Owners who have had both?) hence posting same q. on both TVR & Noble sections.
If the motoring press is to be believed the M12 will handle better yet in the 2003 Autocar handling test the T350 was significantly faster round rockingham (confusing?).
I really like the look of the TVR but there's something dragging me back to the noble, just not sure what it is.
I know the easy answer is 'Drive both & make your own mind up' but TBH a test drive with a Dealer bod sat next to you is not the same as enjoying a car day to day. Also if I were in London not Yorkshire I would've had 1/2 a dozen drives in each by now but they're a bit thin on the ground oop north

BTW, this is not a troll to start a Noble v TVR thread as you will have noticed I haven't really mentioned what exactly I'm looking for from my next car, so will pick the bones out of any replies with my longish list of priorities!

Are you a trackmeister in disguise, then maybe the Noble is the way to go. Otherwise the TVR maybe.
How about an M3 CSL? (just to throw something different into the mix). Or the new CS version recently announced?

Only kidding mate! Unfortunately, I have no first hand experience of either car. However, I do know that whichever you choose, you're not going to be disappointed

I came from Noble to TVR.
1 - Had Both 2.5 and 3.00 versions of the Noble. The most difficult car I have ever had to get rid of unless you trade to another Noble which I did on one occasion. No take up what so ever on the private market. In fact the 3R that I had I paid £56k for and 6 months later the best I could get was £43K.
2 - Initial build quality is good. However of the two 2.5 cars that I owned I have heard from BOTH now current owners as to the cars with 15K on the clock turning into a disaster with MOT failures and faulty ECU's.
Fastest? Theres not many on this board who are capable of establishing that fact. Nothing between them.
Frankly with a crystal ball I would have spent the £38.5k I have on my T350 and banked the £17.5k. Money in the bank and a better car.
