Apache, you'll be coming down tha A10, joining the M25 and heading round Heathrow way. So joining the South Mimms convoy would be on your route.

Its the service area on the junction of the M25 and A1.

Excellent. A 4 Griff convoy. Maybe we should take a 3 mile detour up the A1 and give it large through the Hatfield tunnel before departing for VW.

Might be up for that,Broke me toe two weeks ago and think i could mayb drive now and need a good run out before the weather starts getting grimmer.
Let me know what time and i see if i can make it.
Soth mimms is about 40 mins away from me so iwould look at leaving at 9-930 ish.what time is the VW meet,
any earlier and i dont think i'll come .to many beers i am now drinking while warching the Rio Motorbike GP and future beers 2nite.

Tiv, yes I had a look. It's really out of our way. It means going either through central London or round the M25 and coming in on the Uxbridge road. I reckon our time is better spent blatting through Hatfield tunnel a couple of times, just because we can
