Going on general rattle type experience (hey I own a Ford)...

Coins fallen out of pockets
Something inside the car / boot.. torch?
A wire or cable kncoking something metal...

Best bet is to get someone to drive while you listen and try to pin-point it. Remove everything that is not part of the car (CD's, coins etc) and then have a hunt in that area.
