What new TVR's are in Development

Well the Saggy Arse in now fully in production - the Tuscan 2 is in it's final years.

So what is in development.

What will be the first Smolinski car :

My guess it's either going to be a Cerbera replacement - V8 powered

or

A new convertible model with the same underpinnings are the T350 or Sagaris..

Anyone else have any other idea's..

What would you want next ?

Now we're on the right track. If TVR were looking at a V8 to have alongside the S6, then stealing the engine and transaxle from Aston and mating it to their chasis and body would be a good start.

p.s. I didn't think there could be a car to replace my Griff, but the one pictured above would do so easily.

I bet he's got radical plans. He will want to make his mark and not just toy with Wheeler era cars.

I bet we'll see a different chassis design and a new engine.

Jeremy - that is just not fair

I can only say that is breathtakingly beautiful but as it will probably cost about 100K - is out of my range.

Unless I win the lottery.

TVR need to follow their usual niche markets if they are to prosper :

Powerful Convertibles :
350bhp ~ 400bhp

2 seater coupes
350bhp ~ 420bhp

2+2 Coupes
400 ~ 450 bhp

All should in future have switchable ABS and steering wheel airbags as options.

And as ever they should be drop dead gorgeous..

I quite like the Chimaera way of doing convertible with the 3 options of roof. 1) up 2) down 3) Targa.

Personally, since im not allowed a Speed 12, something big and brutish is required.

All the current models are like little fighting hyenas.
What id like is a bigger 'Doberman' of a car!

Now that is nice , I assume its a photoshop piccy.
As already said it'll probably be 100K money, which makes it beyond 99.9% of us. It will be, however, as all Astons are, iconic and a target for ones lottery winning pot .

The AMV8 Vantage is £60k, so the Volante will probably be around £65k if Aston take their usual pricing policy.

Objects in the rear view mirror may not be as expensive as they appear....

Nope: list price for the AMV8 Vantage is £79,995, with an options list that will stretch that to £90K if you tick all the boxes.
