Are you going Friday the 25th or Saturday the 26th ???

Either way I don't care because I'm going Thursday the 24th

Ahh, that's nice - maybe the first of you could secrete a pie somewhere in the show for the second and so on, leaving directions on PH - that way you won't feel alone?

Maybe in the boot of the Tuscan S...

Excellent idea! How funny would that be?

Or - a photo with a pie in/on the most exclusive car?

Me and racegirl will be going on the Thursday, is the NEC simple to get to by train as:-
£8 to park + petrol in the TVR + parking it up for the day in Birmingham = Train
Any good links to train times and prices/offers appreciated

If you're going on West Coast Main Line, then Silverlink will be about half the price of Virgin - about £18 or 20ish off peak return from London, though I think Virgin do offers if you book ahead. Seem to think you can upgrade to 1st class on Virgin at the weekend for a nominal fee as well if you're treating yourself.

If you're going at the weekend, check with the Train Operating Company for Engineering works (that's cancelled trains to you or me!)just before you go - alteration details or TOC contact numbers at National Rail on www.nationalrail.co.uk. Don't trust the standard timetable on thetrainline.com or www.railtrack.co.uk - they don't have late alterations on them.

Maybe see you there

Hi guys,

We're off to the Motorshow on the Preview day (24th), so we get to the TVR's before you wear them out

Having had a few it occured to us that we might want some refreshment at the bar on the TVR stand.

Does anyone know how you go about getting tickets? I am a member of the TVRCC, is that how it is done?

Hope to bump into a few of you there

Bear in mind last time they wouldn't break open the beers at TVR until after 6pm (previous years many punters overused the free beer service ).

I think a few beers did get sneaked out but that was only when someone made it a condition of them placing an order on a Tuscan R. Most expensive round ever?

We weren't looking for a freebie, just a nice place to meet up with other owners and enthusiasts while looking at (and ) TVR's.

How do you get into the inner sanctum?

You need to talk nicely to your dealer who will then send you the tickets. Well that's how it normally works anyway.

Cheers Ted.

Maybe I'll just prop up the railing instead.

Has anyone else got a pass to the TVR stand? Don't know what day I'll be going but I'd like to meet up with some members on the stand!

Yes I have a pass.....
