So, in the first couple of minutes of the new top gear I cast a loose eye on 3 Trevs

Did I see a couple of tuscans and a sagaris?

Could be a good TVR year - hope the reviews are ok...

A little worrying, but not suprising, that the Sagaris appeared to be doing an unprovoked 360 degree spin.

Mind you, at least I couldn't see any bits flying off.

Lets hope they like the raw power, back to basics stuff when they review it.

The Merc they took round the track tonight appeared to be on rails.

How dull is that?

In the preview, the Tuscan appears to be being tested against a hybrid Austin Healey / Jag XK150 kit car.

Not a clue what it was, but IMHO it looked bloody awful (it was ahead of the Tuscan though!!!)

Anybody know what it was?

the German car is called the Weissman roadster, and several motoring magazines have already compared it to the Tuscan, saying its good but it not as visceral as the Tusc and it needs more development.
i think it should be in competition with the Morgan aero 8 rather than the the Tusc personally.

I've been in Weissman.

M3 engine plus optional superchager that whistled quite nicely....quite quick...I would guess around the 450 Chim mark, handled well and well put together....but not cheap !

Style....well thats a matter of taste....I was neither for nor against strongly.
