Some F:censored:g B:censored:d has scartched me tuscan and none of the local paint shops can work out what colour it is

If it's Reflex Charcoal, it's not a Rage paint. TVR use mainly ICI paints. Find your paint code and your spray shop will obtain the correct match. Failing that contact Blackpool they'll be only too pleased to help (I hope).
