Ocean threw a wobbler and went into PH retirement.
He used to hate the S6 cerbera stick he received, eventually he put the car up for sale, was taking a while to sell and then the engine went bang. So he sold it very very cheap and walked away. His mails at the time were very emotive.
So I guess he has probably not bothered with PH etc since.

God knows if he came back under another ID, I think he did, but whatever the case might be, the fact is you wont get hold of him here unless someone who knows him personally can link you up offline.
