Want to purchase new Griffith 200 Chassis

Any recommendations on where to purchase a new Chassis for my 1965 Griffith 200? If you have any personal experience with such things, please weigh in as well.

Why do you need a new one?
Reason I ask is I have yet to meet a rusted chassis that cannot be repaired and saved.
