anyone know what TVR are doing for the motorshow in the way of customer hospitality this year?- we normally get vip invites and get access straight onto the stand without all that queing rubbish but tickets havnt arrived in the post yet.

OK someone must know what's going on regarding access to the TVR stand this year? I now have my tickets for the 23rd but need the stand pass to accompany it! Any dealers out there got any idea? It's only two weeks away so TVR should have sent someting out by now for it to be any use at all to the dealers as a promotion piece. Rich...

I've seen the stand tickets so they do exist. Worth a call to your dealer.

Thanks Ted, now I need to decide which dealer to approach, seeing as my mob, Portfield no longer do TVR! Prap's I'll give Henley a call and say I'm interested in Tuscan Rich...

I've got half a dozen left.

I got a handful off my dealer last week, they have the usual TVR blurb about we would like to invite you and your guest onto the our stand etc, and an odd outline drawing of a undefined car on the front hmmmmm seen that sketch before somewhere.

Oh yes Greg your alright I've got your tickets, but as for what they've actually got on the stand and if they'll be cracking the beers out early, fcuk knows.

I got sent mine yesterday - not sure who they came from though, but I'm guessing TMS.

I've been sent tickets for stand, but not to Motorshow itself.
I'm sure last year TVR sent out entry tickets as well.

HHc are sending me one ticket, and 3 TVR stand entries - if anyone wants my spare ticket and pass, let me know - I have already paid for mine, doh!

Well, despite spending nearly £100,000 at TMS in the last 18 months, they have sent me f**k all so far. Emailed them tonite so hopefully I will get something before going to the show.
To make it worse, Bennno is taking great delight in telling me how we have VIP tickets to the Porsche stand via his dealer and naff all for TVR via mine, proving his point that Porsche are better....

Well tickets booked,(Thursday 24th) train arranged, (a most reasonable £14 return, well its cheaper than taking the Tiv, and I can now have a pint or 2). Just waiting for a dealer to send me a TVR stand pass

Just been on to the dealer, stand passes sent out yesterday from mine by all accounts.

One stand pass will get two people on the stand without having to queue with the hoi polloi.

I am booked into the Travel Inn the Friday night, so I can have a nice rest before the show starts on Sat morning. That and I going for a night out in Birmingham.

It is very sad, but I looking forward to the motor show.

If there's a spare stand pass going...!

Obviously beer tokens would be forthcoming...

Hopefully going to go on the Saturday so if anyone has a spare stand pass that would be great!

Except that there is usually bugger all worth looking at on the Porsche stand whereas TVR's can occupy you for at least 2 hours!

All the stand passes allow you to do is avoid the queue. Its an invite onto the stand and as the T350C is being launched there I imagine the queues will get pretty long!

Got a response from TMS yesterday and they are sending me some stand passes. If anyone needs any on the 24th Oct then we will meet up at the NEC somewhere. I think Mel is sending some to me as he had a few. We should have enough between us to go round.
