Fast and Furious Car Show - Brighton

Heard an advert for this on the radio this morning, to be held at Brighton Racecourse this Saturday. Dont know much about it other than that.

Yes, obviously going to be very 'Max Power', but if there are any other 'locals' (or not so locals, eh Mr NCS?)thinking about going for a look/see, I may be up for it :)

Actually got off my RSE and called about this.

Its on the 11th and 12th and apparantly the biggest modified car show in the south?

Now Ive looked at the website it seems I/we will have to study and vote for the winner of Miss Fast and Furious, so thats me going then , just need to convince Mrs njw that she either stays at home or allows me 'viewing time'

The organisers have said they can arrange parking for us if there is enough interest

Southern FM are running a competition to "Pimp your ride" at the show - you could see what they can do for your Audi? Just send photo to Southern FM website

Like the sad muppet I am Ive just tried to find a link on their website. You pulling my ? Was going to send a pic of the Cerb in for a laugh

Robin, depends on the day. If its Saturday then I am flexible but have to go to a meeting either before or after. If its Sunday then it will be lunchtime/afternoon as Mrs njw has to get her weekly car boot fix in before Im alowed out of the house

I might be popping down.
My mum lives in Hove, so I could drop the kids off there and go enjoy the show.

For me it'll most probably be Saturday, because the Mid Essex meet is on Sunday.

After I posted that I too heard it on Southern FM, but nowt on the website. I'll have to keep listening. Im sure the cerb will look great with some spinners

So, Saturday sounds like a 'goer'? Lunchtime would suit me best as I have to find a sitter for the dustbins. Your thoughts?

I'll speak to the organisers about parking, although with only 5 or 6 cars I dont suppose we'll get pride of place in the car park (can but ask).
